This was my first time using your company to install my winter tires as I work for Shaw Communications around the corner and it was suggested to go because of my Shaw discount. I started to speak with Jared & Glen at the front and they were so welcoming and glad to help. I loved the customer service they provided and if I should not work for Shaw, I would still go there. I have already recommended my friends to go there for several services, not just changing out their tires. I use to go to Kal Tire but this has changed for me since visiting this location as I feel more like a person and not a number. I know that I need new summer tires in the spring and I will be buying them from this organization as I truly loved the service & look forward to getting to work with these guys in the future.

Very expensive...$136.00 per hour for labor they charge...beware. Vehicle was fixed within a day. They were friendly...but feel like I got robbed with that labor cost. Won't go back because of that cost...and they will charge you to the minute also.

Great customer service.

Took my vehicle in for "certified third party warranty" repair, took over a month to get a part in. They replaced my transmission then paddle shifters wouldn't work. Then took vehicle to dealership to get a cluster programmed and then car wouldn't shift out of park. After being towed to a "certified repair shop" the conclusion was that during the transmission change they broke my shifter cables which caused the cluster programming to fail and costing me another $1600 on top of the previous $1700 for the transmission swap. Had nothing but months of headaches dealing with this shop and their "certified techs". Their reply "it worked when it left" but they were the only ones that worked on the transmission and wouldn't accept responsibility for the damage. Forgot to mention that I asked for a breakdown of cost for parts the third party warranty wouldn't cover, they didn't include everything and overcharged on parts.
