Jeff personally made sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfation, and explained everything that they did in full detail. The staff is also pleasant and informative.

Not only did these guys clean my filthy car (I apologized for dropping it off in such an embarrassing state) but they also found some issues (documented with photos for proof/ease of understanding) i was unaware of. I'm blown away at how such a high end and professional shop has such competitive prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. A++ i will be back
