My service advisor, Tara, was very informative of the repairs needed on my truck. She was willing to work with me on which repairs we were going to address and they were able to honor the warranty on the differential that was installed at another facility.

The mechanic who worked on my vehicle had noticed (during inspection) the engine oil drain plug damaged and most likely not inserted properly when I had it done elsewhere. He replaced it with a new one. Plus I don't get ripped off here either. I feel welcomed here.
