Well where to start? I started using Jeff over 20 years ago. I continue to go back because of his honesty and straight facts approach. Essentially he will diagnose what needs to be done, what can wait and zero pressure. I never get the feeling that I am being "sold" anything that isn't required. Adrian is a rock star as well- very friendly and approachable and shares the same philosophy as Jeff.

My sunroof was shattered as a result of a rock from a semi. We were referred to WOW by a couple of local dealerships. The staff at WOW were both friendly, professional and helpful from the moment we arrived. Tabathas' team worked on our vehicle, cleaned it up and did a temporary crash wrap over the sun roof so that we could continue on to Cranbrook, BC. Approximately an hour of labour for her staff. At the end of this she advised "NO CHARGE" as your day has been bad enough already. Kodoos to Tabatha and her team. Highly recommended!!!
